Because each order is carefully prepared and packaged, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make it right.

Yes, I can ship to many international destinations. Shipping availability and cost may vary depending on the size of the order and destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking using the carrier best suited to the package and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

An original is a one-of-a-kind watercolor painting created by me. A fine art print is a high-quality reproduction of one of my original paintings. Each product listing will clearly state whether you are purchasing an original artwork or a print.

Purchasing an original artwork or print gives you ownership of that physical piece, but the copyright and reproduction rights remain with me as the artist. Artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, used commercially, or used to create prints or other products without my written permission.

I don’t make exact copies of previously sold original paintings. I may occasionally revisit a subject, palette, or idea, but each original artwork is created as its own unique piece.

No. My YouTube tutorials are free to watch, and you can paint along without joining Open Studio. Open Studio is simply there if you’d like extra help and resources while you paint.
