All original artwork, prints, images, photographs, designs, and other creative work shown on this website remain protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Beatriz Fedele unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an original artwork or print gives you ownership of the physical piece you receive. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, printed, distributed, used commercially, or used to create other products without my written permission.

I retain the right to photograph and reproduce my original artwork, including sold and commissioned artwork, unless separate reproduction rights have been agreed to in writing.

If you are interested in licensing an image or obtaining reproduction rights, please contact me.

Orders, Returns & Cancellations

Because each order is carefully prepared and packaged, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the problem.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping

Orders are packaged carefully to protect the artwork in transit. Shipping methods, costs, and availability may vary depending on the item and destination.

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

When you place an order, submit a contact form, or join my email list, I may collect information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and information necessary to complete your request or purchase.

Your information is used only for purposes such as processing orders, responding to messages, providing requested services, and sending emails you have chosen to receive.
